NewGlove
Private label

Your brand. Your formulation. Our manufacturing floor.

Distributors, retailers and institutional buyers use our private-label programme to launch branded glove ranges without standing up a factory. MOQ from 100k. First batch in six to ten weeks.

How it works

Six steps, end to end.

01

Brief

Volumes, target market, regulatory geography, desired material and weight, any colour or finish requirements.

02

Specification

We translate the brief into a formal product specification — formulation, thickness, finish, packaging, labelling and certification scope.

03

Sample

Pre-production samples to your office in three to four weeks. Sign-off before tooling starts.

04

Production

First batch manufactured to spec in Malaysia, with batch-level QC and certification documentation per carton.

05

Logistics

International freight, customs clearance, last-mile delivery to your warehouse or your buyers' distribution centres.

06

Repeat

Once you have a winning specification, reorders run on a three-to-five week cadence.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Typically around 100,000 pieces for the first batch of a new specification. Repeat orders can be smaller. Bespoke colour or formulation work usually requires a higher first-batch volume.

What's the lead time?

Six to ten weeks for the first batch — most of that is specification, sampling and tooling. Repeat orders on an established spec run three to five weeks from PO to delivery.

Which regions can you supply?

EU, UK, US, Canada and most of Asia. We hold EU MDR, UK MHRA, US FDA and a handful of regional registrations. Anywhere else, we'll talk you through the regulatory pathway before you commit.

Can you do custom colours?

Yes. Custom colour matching adds two to three weeks to first-batch lead time and a one-off tooling charge, but it's straightforward — and most of the catalogue is available in any colour for orders above 500k.

Who owns the specification?

You do. We don't manufacture your specification for anyone else without your written consent, and we don't use your branding outside of agreed marketing materials.

Can you handle the regulatory side?

Yes — for the regions we already supply into. We provide the certification documentation; you handle (or we co-handle) any region-specific market authorisation work.

Bring your brand. We'll bring the factory.

Twenty-minute call. Bring volumes, target market and any specification you already have.
