British directors. Malaysian manufacturing. Twenty years of getting it right.
NewGlove Limited is a British-owned manufacturer of nitrile, latex and vinyl gloves. Our directors have spent two decades in the glove industry — first as distributors, then as private-label manufacturers, now as a full-service supply partner to procurement teams in over forty countries.
We started as buyers. That's why we know what buyers need.
Before NewGlove existed, our founders ran glove distribution into European healthcare, foodservice and industrial markets. They were the ones answering the phone when the shipment was late, the boxes were short, or the formulation had changed without notice.
Eventually, the answer to those problems became obvious: stop being one step removed. Stand up a manufacturing partnership in Malaysia, put British eyes on the floor permanently, and build a supply chain that runs on documentation rather than promises.
Twenty years on, the things our customers complain about least are the things we redesigned the company around: traceability, consistency, and being able to pick up the phone and talk to someone who knows the answer.
A timeline of getting bigger without getting noisier.
Industry beginnings
Our directors begin manufacturing and distributing nitrile, latex and vinyl gloves across Europe.
British company formed
NewGlove Limited established in Glasgow with permanent representation at our Malaysian manufacturing partner.
Pandemic resilience
Capacity contracts and held pricing protect our distribution partners through the most volatile period in glove supply chain history.
NewBio launches
Our biodegradable nitrile range goes to market, independently tested to 26.5% biodegradation after 390 days.
Forty countries served
Now supplying procurement teams, distributors and healthcare buyers across more than forty countries from four offices.
Four principles, plainly stated.
Specify, then ship.
Most of the glove industry sells what's on the boat. We start from what your operation needs — and engineer toward it.
Hold the certification ladder.
EN 455 Parts 1–4. EN 374. EU MDR. ISO 9001/13485/14001. Anyone can claim. We can document, batch by batch.
Sustainability without the marketing.
If the test is ASTM D5511, we publish the test. If the number is 26.5% biodegradation after 390 days, we publish the number. No vague promises.
British accountability.
When something goes wrong in Far-East manufacturing, you don't want to be talking to a broker. You want to be talking to someone who can drive to the factory.
Four offices, one operating picture.
